　　中新网北京5月20日电 (记者 孙自法)国际超级双极光雷达网(SuperDARN)2024年研讨会5月20日在北京开幕。作为中国首个高频相干散射雷达探测网络，国家重大科技基础设施“空间环境地基综合监测网”(子午工程二期)重大设备之一的北方中纬高频雷达网，当日在该国际会议上向全球发布首批科学探测结果。

　　中国北方中纬高频雷达网加入后，有效填补了国际超级双极光雷达探测网的空白区域，标志着中国在高频相干散射雷达技术和科学研究方面取得新突破，并将高水平国际合作走实走深。

　　其发布的首批科学探测结果显示，本月10日特大磁暴期间，当天从世界时6时30分至7时30分，北方中纬高频雷达网探测到持续约1小时左右的太阳耀斑爆发造成的短波衰减；从世界时18时至22时，雷达探测到由于极光粒子沉降造成的大量电离层小尺度不规则体快速漂移。

　　中国科学院国家空间科学中心牵头建设的北方中纬高频雷达网，由3站6部高频相干散射雷达组成，3个站点分别位于中国东部吉林省龙井市、中部内蒙古四子王旗和西部新疆和静县，探测范围往北纵深可达4000公里、东西跨度超过1万公里，几乎覆盖欧亚扇区北部地磁北纬40度至80度的广大区域，在世界上首次形成对欧亚扇区中高纬度电离层的广域高精度连续探测。

　　北方中纬高频雷达网将架构起衔接地球极区和子午工程中国国内监测网的桥梁，对电离层区域特性研究及电离层扰动的高中低纬传播及耦合研究起到重要作用。同时，它将有效填补国际超级双极光雷达网探测网的空白区域，极大提高国际超级双极光雷达网对全球电离层环境的探测范围和探测能力，为全球空间天气预报和预警提供高质量探测数据，这是践行在外空领域推动构建人类命运共同体的中国行动，也是持续推进人类和平利用外空的中国贡献。

　　中国子午工程二期遵照“边建设、边运行、边产出”的建设原则，其北方中纬高频雷达网已于2023年10月全部建成，并通过中国科学院的工艺验收，待2024年子午工程二期通过国家验收后将正式加入国际超级双极光雷达探测网。届时，依托中国中纬高频雷达探测数据，由中国科学院国家空间科学中心建设和运行的国际超级双极光雷达网-中国国际镜像站，作为国际超级双极光雷达网组织三大数据库之一，将与英国、加拿大数据库实现数据实时交换和共享，有效提高国际超级双极光雷达网数据库容灾性，以及数据收集、分发和数据发布效率。

　　据介绍，国际超级双极光雷达网是一个由全球10多个国家30余部高频相干散射雷达组成的国际合作组织，成员目前包括英国、美国、加拿大、日本、中国、法国、意大利、挪威、澳大利亚、南非等国10多家高校与科研机构。其通过国际合作和数据共享，利用布设在全球的密集的高频相干雷达，实现对全球电离层环境的连续监测，获得的高时空分辨率全球电离层不规则体运动和分布信息，在通信、导航定位、超视距雷达探测等领域有着重要的应用价值。国际超级双极光雷达网还是参与中国提出并将主导实施的国际子午圈大科学计划(IMCP)的主要国际合作组织之一。

　　国际超级双极光雷达网研讨会每年举办一次，是国际空间物理界具有很高学术影响力的国际会议，此前已在全球10多个国家成功举办30多届。本次研讨会由中国科学院国家空间科学中心主办，来自7个国家的国际超级双极光雷达网组织成员单位以及全球电离层探测领域的工程师与科学家参会，将进一步推动全球高频雷达相关科技领域国际合作，也进一步凸显中国高水平科研机构在相关国际组织中的话语权和影响力。(完)
